In this meeting, the latest plans and executive arrangements for holding this international meeting in a more magnificent manner were examined, and the responsibilities of each executive body in the executive, cultural, media, and other areas were determined.

In this meeting, the Governor of Gilan said that this province enjoys a privileged geographical location in the north of the country: Gilan can play an effective role in the development of trade exchanges between Iran and China due to its land, rail, sea, and air infrastructure.
In another part of his speech, Haghshenas also stated: All the necessary facilities and amenities have been provided to host this important event in a worthy manner so that its achievements will be lasting for Gilan.
Emphasizing the economic and political aspects of the Caspian Summit, he added: The governors of the Caspian littoral countries, including Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, and Russia, along with a group of state officials, will attend this event.
The governor of Gilan said: Many of these countries are members of important agreements such as Eurasia, Shanghai, BRICS, and ECO, and this summit is a good opportunity to exchange economic information and introduce Gilan’s transit capacities.
Haghshenas noted: The main goal of this summit is to strengthen commodity exchanges, maritime trade, and develop economic relations between the Caspian Sea countries so that Gilan becomes the main axis of regional interactions in the north of the country.
