Welcomed by the Governor of Guilan, the Governor of the Balkan Province of Turkmenistan arrived in Rasht to participate in the First Caspian Governors’ Forum. According to the public relations office of the Guilan Governor’s office, Ashir Muradov, the Governor of the Balkan Province of Turkmenistan, was greeted by Hadi Haghshenas, the Governor of Guilan, on Monday night in preparation for the upcoming forum.
The First Caspian Governors’ Forum will be held in Rasht on November 17 and 18.
