The Public Relations Office of the Governor of Guilan reported that a tree planting ceremony was held during the First Caspian Governors’ Forum to promote peace and friendship. The event was attended by Hadi Haghshenas, the governor of Guilan, and governors from five Caspian Sea neighboring countries. Governor Hadi Haghshenas emphasized the importance of enhancing friendly relations and cooperation in economic, cultural, and tourism sectors. He stated, “This gesture symbolizes our shared commitment to sustainable development and the establishment of a peaceful cooperation environment along the Caspian Sea shores.”
Directors and officials from the province’s executive agencies also attended the event, sharing experiences and highlighting the need to improve infrastructure and opportunities for regional cooperation.
