According to the Public Relations Department of the Guilan Governor’s Office, this afternoon (Monday), the commemorative stamp of the First Caspian Governors’ Forum was unveiled in Guilan Province in the presence of Hadi Haghshenas, Guilan Governor .

During the ceremony, Hadi Haghshenas, Guilan Governor, emphasized the significance of hosting this international forum. He stated, ”
The unveiling of the commemorative stamp symbolizes Guilan Province’s special position in regional diplomacy and the ongoing cooperation among the Caspian Sea Bordering countries.”
Highlighting Guilan’s potential for developing cultural, economic, and tourism relations with the Caspian Sea Bordering countries, he added, “This initiative not only commemorates a historic event but also serves as an opportunity to showcase the province’s achievements and enhance international connections.”

Guilan Governor mentioned that the Minister of Foreign Affairs would be present on the second day of the summit. He explained, “The summit will feature an opening ceremony, a closing ceremony, and three specialized panels focusing on investment, economic issues, logistics, and marine environment, with the participation of governors from the Caspian Sea Bordering countries.”
Haghshenas expressed that the primary objective of the summit is to strengthen bilateral cooperation, promote trade, and elevate the economic status of the region. He stated, “Following the resolution by the prime ministers of the five Caspian Sea Bordering countries, Guilan will actively pursue the implementation of these programs, with the expectation of achieving sustainable outcomes in the medium and long term.”
