\nAccording to the Guilan Governor\u2019s Office Public Relations, Hadi Haghshenas met and held talks with Abdul-Masum Abdul-Masumov, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Dagestan, this afternoon (Wednesday) on the sidelines of the closing ceremony of The First Caspian Governors\u2019 Forum.<\/p>\n

During the meeting, Guilan Governor Hadi Haghshenas expressed gratitude to the Dagestan delegation for their active participation in The First Caspian Governors\u2019 Forum. He emphasized the vast potential for economic, commercial, and tourism cooperation between Guilan and Dagestan. Haghshenas stated, \u201cThe need for joint planning to take advantage of existing opportunities to strengthen regional ties between the two provinces of Guilan and Dagestan must be addressed.\u201d
